How Can I Help?

We need your help to make this an enjoyable reunion that we’ll all remember for years to come. The following tasks can be done from

any location.

Underwrite a portion of the reunion or make a donation of any amount to defray the per person cost

Details – The reunion committee would like to encourage those inclined to make a donation/contribution to defray the total per person cost of the weekend. This can be done in a number of ways.

1. Make a general contribution of any amount to go toward lowering the total per person cost.

2. Underwrite a specific portion of the reunion. Some ideas are:

The rental fee for the Kenilworth club house

The rental fee for Lod Cook Alumni center

The music entertainment at the cocktail party

Find Classmates

Task – Find “Missing Classmates”

Details – The Class of 1979 has 454 classmates. As of February 2009 we are missing 117 classmates. Can you help us reach any of these classmates? Visit “Missing Classmates” page to see if you know the whereabouts of anyone who is listed, or their parents or siblings. Search through your phone book or internet, call others who might know someone on the missing list. Please send any information you find to the committee click here

Memorabilia

Task – Dig out your memorabilia!

Details – Perhaps you have your Sabre yearbooks, issues of the Rebel Yell, tickets from a football game or pictures from our high school years. Saturday night we will have a memorabilia table if you have any items you would like to share. If you have any pictures you would us to post our on class website please send them in JPG format to the committee click here

Photographers

Task – Bring your camera and take pictures!

Details – Once again Classic Reunions will be at the reunion to take individual photos for the Memory book and a group photo, but there can never be too many candid shots. Be sure to bring your camera fully charged so that we’ll have plenty of pictures to post on our class website afterwards.
